My name is Allie, and I’m originally from New York , currently living in the PNW. I am an abstract artist and have been practicing yoga for over 8 years, and have been teaching yoga, yoga Nidra and meditation for 4 years. The interconnected ness of my art and yoga practice create a thread that is driven by self study of the internal landscape and how we can better know ourselves through this healing modalities. ❤️
