Why I meditate...
I meditate to stay rooted in my ancestral truth and identity, and to lead from a place of love and freedom.
Prezence for me means sitting with what is showing up for me in the moment even if I can't find the language to understand it. For me, the more I can understand how my body is interacting with my environment, the more I can connect with the strength of my intuition. Prezence is this practice and has helped glean important information for me in getting clear with my intentions and how it translates to my impact.

Jessica was born and raised in the DC metro area, received her BS in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland Baltimore. From there she began her practice and became passionate about pre/postnatal care and womxn’s health. By melding her anatomical expertise with a holistic approach through yoga she helped others expand their wellness landscape using practices rooted in yoga, cyclical lifestyle training, meditation, and feminine health coaching in addition to traditional physical therapy.
