I'm Kait - I am an interior designer, yoga and meditation student and instructor. I found yoga and meditation during a time that called for self-love and acceptance. Finding peace in the "flow state", I became drawn to the practice of linking breath with movement as a way to calm my anxious mind, let go of fear and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and compassion.

I am the type of person that wants to share what I have learned and share what helps me - that is why sharing tools and practices like Prezence is important to me - I would love to help you share this tool with others!
