I'm Natasha! I’m a mom, wife, nurse/clinical educator and graduate student. Needless to say, life keeps me busy! If I don’t take time to be mindful everything I’m doing will soon be a distant memory. I want to embrace my life and soak in these moments. I want to remain grateful even when life gets hard. I want to remain positive and caring by seeing when others may need my support.
