Scoop, a lifelong athlete with ADHD, turned to yoga to continue to move his body in a healthy way. The asanas (poses) attracted Scoop to the practice, however, the mindfulness component challenged him to continue on. Scoop begins everyday with meditation and it is the part of his practice that he never misses.
