Nishita possesses 10+ years of leadership experience working in high impact, global roles in the tech and non-profit sectors. Nishita firmly believes that diversity positively impacts innovation, customer experience and financial outcomes. Nishita is a 2021 Rhode Island 40 Under 40 winner for her outstanding contributions to business and the community. Nishita is committed to increasing diversity in STEM fields and won the esteemed 2018 ATHENA Leadership Award® for her commitment to advancing opportunities for women and girls. Nishita is an Executive Board Member of Girls Inc of Worcester. She has innovated numerous programs focused on talent diversity, including leadership as co-Founder of Tribe Academy - a Business and Technology accelerator, which has trained 100+ students of color since its launch in 2019 and connected them with career and networking opportunities with leading companies. Nishita lives in Rhode Island with her partner and two young, multi-racial children.
Florcy possesses 15 years of leadership experience working at the convergence of art and technology as a senior technical manager, consultant, and entrepreneur. She is a human-centered practitioner with a key focus on designing programs and businesses that drive positive customer experiences and employee engagement. Florcy is a successful career pivoter who has achieved leadership roles at top tech companies and established herself as a successful entrepreneur. Across her career, she is known as a result and data-oriented problem-solver, who is passionate about redefining how customers and companies embrace and utilize technology to drive innovation. In 2019, Florcy co-founded Tribe Academy – a Business and Technology accelerator that provides tools, training, and access for underrepresented groups. She is a proud global citizen and currently resides in Silicon Valley, California with her dog (Prince Beau).
